Halibut cheeks are the best part of the fish. As fish goes, Halibut is my favourite, and they are big fish so there is a lot of meat.
I love halibut, it taste close to the Hamoor (local fish in the persion gulf)
fishing for halibut is fun, but needs muscles.
Yes, I have fished halibut, and they get really big. Not as easy as a 30 pound Salmon, for sure.
